Artificial Insemenation day Fall 2005

The kids got to visualize the cervix and see how semen was stored, thawed and then inseminated into the doe. 

2005-2006 school year 4-H speach contest took place in February. 

Brianna Smith (not pictured) won the high school division on the county level! Congratulations!!!

Jessica Stanford, Amy Malo and Benjamin Smith all participated in our club speach contest 4th and 5th grade levels.  Jessica and Amy both made it to the Hamilton County contest and did a great job.  They competed against 50 other 4th graders.  This took a great deal of courage and preparation, we are very proud of both of them.  

2006 Summer cookout!  

We all had a great time with lots of fellowship and fun.  The menu included goat meat shiskabobs, goat meat hamburger, goat meat barbeque and ice cream made from goat milk.  Everyone brought a side dish and drink.

June 2007--we are practicing for our first 4-H goat show at the Hamilton county fair.
